Development Details – M2M Squared
M2M Squared is a high-rise condo development with two residential towers joined together by a podium level. The towers contain commercial spaces in addition to the large number of residential units. Those units have layouts from 1-bedroom to 3-bedroom plus den and they range in size from 443 to 1,015 sq. ft. in indoor floor space. Each unit includes outdoor space, with either single balcony, single terrace, terrace plus balcony, or two balconies. The outdoor space ranges from 46 to 253 sq. ft. depending upon the unit.

Finally, floor 3 has the rec and entertainment zone, offering a dance studio, yoga studio, garden yoga deck, adult and kids putting greens, bocce ball court, kids’ play room, kids’ playground, games room, and entertainment lounge.

M2M Squared is part of M2M – a popular new North York community currently under development at Yonge and Cummer.
